Too small, Customer support horrible

Horrendous customer support, haggled about a refund rather than focusing on customer satisfaction. Product itself is "okay" but its ultra small so if you have really short/small hands it's "ok". Do not do business with them.

Black Silicone Palmrest

It does what it's supposed to be doing for a palmrest its price range. Nice material, subtle and stable.
I have 3 minor gripes with it:
1) not connected to the actual keyboard, so if you are a keyboard mover, you'll need re-adjust sometimes.
2) this is a very small issue but the palmrest is at it's highest half a centimeter lower than the actual keyboard, which makes it look a bit weird in my eyes, it could just line up perfectly instead.
3) Depending on the size of your hands, the tilt of the palmrest might be a bit too low, which means you might need to either put some distance between the palmrest and your keyboard or you need to readjust your hands to be comfortable.

All in all I like the palmrest and will use it until the wooden one is available :)

its alright

it is very comfortable but for my preference it could be a little higher as my wrist has to arch upwards quite a lot even though im using it with a low profile keyboard.
