Quality just bad and the customer support don't care

I bought 3 "Aluminum Alloy Artisan Keycaps". The quality of 2 of them is just bad. The fall of the original switch in my K10 Pro. They just don't stuck. I asume the toleraces are too big. I contacted the customer support. They asked for a video. And the solution for the problem is just below:

"Hallo, es gibt keine gute Lösung für dieses Problem, versuchen Sie es mit Papierblöcken oder etwas Dünnem.

I'm from Germany so here ist the answer in english:

"Hi, there is no good solution for this problem, try using paper blocks or something thin."

I send them an answer but they never replied to me. I came tho the conclusion, now i have two keycaps wich just don't stuck on my keyboard and they have my money. That was the last time i wasted my money for keychron products.
