A Refined Piece Of Metal Art

The entire metal body is crafted with 6063 aluminum that is processed through CNC machined, polished, sandblasted, and undergoes 24 more manufacturing stages to make this solid metal piece of art that is the Q65 Max.

The hot-swappable sockets are mounted on the PCB, so you can install or change the switches without soldering. The PCB supports both 3 pin and 5 pin MX mechanical switches.

Gasket Mount Design

The Double Gasket Design is a new innovative structure in the industry. In addition to the gaskets on the plates, we added silicone pads between the top and bottom cases to significantly reduce the acoustic resonance between the metals and reduce the noise of the impacted metals. This design allows the keyboard to maintain the flexibility of the gasket structure and improves the overall typing sound.

An Epic Core Inside The Keyboard

A powerful ARM Cortex-M4 chip (MCU) equipped with 256K Flash will provide more flexibility for developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz right out of the box on 2.4 GHz and wired modes (90 Hz on Bluetooth mode), which makes the latency hardly noticeable even in competitive games.

KSA Double-Shot PBT Keycaps

To further fine-tune your typing experience, we designed our unique Keychron spherical-angle (KSA profile) double-shot keycap set with premium non-backlight shine through PBT material, that is oil-resistant and durable for long-term use.

I love this keyboard

As a new user in this custom keyboards space, I find this Q65 Max keyboard amazing.

I use a keyboard in all my daily activities and I had plenty of keyboards before, from default good laptop keyboards up to some Steelseries, TKL and 75% mechanicals with red switches, albeit, in a much lower price range.

By far, this is the best keyboard I have used. I enjoy everything from the design and looks, wifi, knob for volume, macro keys and programming keys, up to the key caps roundness and the lubed switches - although your mileage may vary on the latter two. I do plan to tryout also some even more silent switches in the future, but for now, they actually sound and feel really good (default red gateron jupiter).

For those in doubt, maybe also coming from a lower price bracket like me, if you use your keyboard a lot, I definitely recommend.
