QMK/VIA means endless possibilities for a fluid workflow. Thanks to our engineering team, it's the first time in history that a wireless mechanical keyboard has these kinds of capabilities right out of the box.
 
Simply connect the K1 Pro to your device with a cable, drag and drop your favorite keys or macro commands to remap any key you want on any system (macOS, Windows, or Linux).

Check out the video above demonstrating how to remap the Light Effect key (located on the K1 Pro’s top right corner) to an Eject key with the VIA software, so you can get a shortcut to put your Mac to sleep (Command-Option-Eject), or even remap the fn key in a breeze. It’s never been so intuitive and flexible to personalize your own keymap.

Get the keymap working on VIA

Since the VIA code for the K1 Pro ISO is still awaiting approval from Github, it is not yet automatically recognized, so you will need to manually download and import the K1 Pro keymap.
 
Please download the keymap JSON file below. Connect your keyboard and device with the provided cable, and toggle the switch to cable mode. Open VIA, click on the "Show Design tab" on the "Settings" tab, and drag the JSON file into the “Design” tab on VIA to get the K1 Pro keymap working on VIA.

A powerful ultra-low-power ARM architecture MCU equipped with 128K Flash will provide more flexibility for developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz on wired mode right out of the box, which makes the latency hardly noticeable even in competitive games.

Hot-swappable

We all have our unique typing preferences, that’s why we are offering hot-swappable option on the K1 Pro, so you can easily hot-swap every low-profile Gateron mechanical switch in a few seconds to customize the typing experience without soldering.
 
*The K1 Pro is currently compatible with Gateron low-profile mechanical switches only, as QMK does NOT support low-profile optical switches.

LSA Profile ABS Backlight Shine-Through Keycaps

To further leverage your typing experience, the K1 Pro ISO version comes with our unique LSA profile (Low profile with spherical angle) and ABS keycaps that aim to provide a more comfortable fingertip feel and a fantastic backlight shine-through effect.

RGB Backlights

Comes with more than 22 types of RGB backlight settings (as well as a static white backlight option). You can further fine-tune the RGB hue, saturation, brightness, effect speed with ease.

The Gateron low-profile MX 2.0 Mechanical switch is designed to enhance reliability. Gateron's reputable switches are your best choice for a precise, smooth, and reliable fingertip feel whether you prefer linear (red), clicky (blue), or something in between (brown).
