Simply connect the K4 Pro to your device with a cable, drag and drop your favorite keys or macro commands to remap any key you want on any system (macOS, Windows, or Linux).
Check out the video above demonstrating how to remap the Light Effect key (located on the K4 Pro’s top right corner) to an Eject key with the VIA software, so you can get a shortcut to put your Mac to sleep (Command-Option-Eject), or even remap the fn key in a breeze. It’s never been so intuitive and flexible to personalize your own keymap.
An ultra-low-power ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit STM32L432 MCU which is powerful, and equipped with 128K Flash will provide more flexibility for developers.
Get the keymap working on VIA
Since the VIA code for the K6 Pro is still awaiting approval from Github, it is not yet automatically recognized, so you will need to manually download and import the K6 Pro keymap.
Please download the keymap JSON file below. Connect your keyboard and device with the provided cable, and toggle the switch to cable mode. Open VIA, click on the "Show Design tab" on the "Settings" tab, enable "Use V2 definitions (deprecated)" on the "Design" tab, and drag the JSON file into the “Design” tab on VIA to get the K6 Pro keymap working on VIA.

The K4 Pro has been re-engineered and redesigned from the inside out to upgrade the typing experience. The added sound-absorbing foam, a thick silicone dampening bottom pad, and steel plate provide responsive feedback and a peaceful typing sound, while added weight will enhance the stability.
Suitable For All Devices
Offers a Mac layout while still being compatible with Windows, the K4 Pro is one of the few on the market that has the same multimedia and function key functions as Apple keyboards for Mac users, but with more tactile feedback.
You can even configure different keymaps for both Mac and Windows devices. While VIA software is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux. Includes keycaps for both macOS and Windows (3 keycaps for each) to allow you to switch between operating systems with ease.
Hot-swappable
Every detail matters, so we make the K4 Pro hot-swappable for your personalized typing experience. The hot-swappable sockets are mounted on the PCB, so you can hot-swap every switch on the K4 Pro with almost all of the 3pin and 5pin MX style mechanical switches on the market (including Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Panda, etc.) without soldering. You can customize your own typing experience in seconds.
Screw-In PCB Stabilizers
Even small part matters for your fingertip feel. We’ve integrated the PCB-mounted screw-in stabilizers for a smoother typing experience with less wobbliness on the big keys such as space bar, shift, enter, and backspace. The Keychron K4 Pro also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilizers.
OSA Profile ABS Backlight Shine-Through Keycaps
To further leverage your typing experience, the K4 Pro ISO version comes with our unique OSA profile (OEM profile with spherical angle) and ABS keycaps that aim to provide a more comfortable fingertip feel and a fantastic backlight shine-through effect.
Pre-lubed Keychron K Pro Switch
By optimizing the switch mold, the K Pro switch wobbles less than a standard mechanical switch and feels smoother on each hit. Plus, the factory pre-lubed process on all the K Pro switches (exclude the clicky ones), no doubt this will ensure the best smoothness at your fingertips when typing.

About the product: I searched for a high-end keyboard with ISO German layout. Using it for a week now on macOS. Did some key remapping with VIA, which worked right away. Really love it.
About the service: I've ordered the wrong palm rest, then submitted a support request next day. Service was very friendly, stopped the shipping process and took care of my request. Great experience!
I bought my first mechanical keyboard from them and I am delighted with the workmanship and feel.
The K4 Pro is a great keyboard, I am really enjoying it so far. The 1800 Layout is really great as it gives me access to almost all keys I need while saving space to make typing and using a mouse more ergonomic. If Keychron ever releases the V5 Max in ISO layouts, I'd buy a second keyboard for my office in a heartbeat.
By the way, I use it strictly for typing / coding and I love the red switches. My previous keyboard had blue switches, but I found that I much prefer the soft linear feel of reds. I'd like to try yellows and blacks (linear switches with a little more operating force) as well.
Hello,
I ordered two K4 Pro keyboards, one with DE layout and another with CH. Unfortunately packaging for CH layout was damaged as there was absolutely no external packaging, this wast expected when one pays good price for shipping.
Secondly about programming via VIA for Mac layout. It is very surprising that some keys type / produce different character when keyboard is connected with Bluetooth and cable. Yes, this is true, very much surprising, especially if you try to have special character. Unfortunately I could not upload the video.
The Windows version works fine and it is super complicated to program special character with layer for Mac, as it doesn't work as expected.
Finally, support from Keychron is super slow and not unto mark. There is no ticketing system or so. You just wait after sending email and this wasn't expected either...
Keyboard quality is fine but I would rate overall 3 points for overall experience.
